ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION

One time cleaning fee and sales tax not included
$300 security deposit required for PCB & Destin , refundable after cleaning (forfeited for cancellations)
$150 security deposit required for Cedar Key, refundable after cleaning (forfeited for cancellations)
No renters under the age of 25 unless accompanied by parents
NO SMOKING and NO PETS
Check in at 4 pm and check out at 10 am.
