The location is great, it is adjacent to the city fishing pier and across the street from Pier Park. It is half a mile west of Gulf World Aquarium and less than 2 miles away from Frank Brown Park. It has two gorgeous gulf-front lagoon pools–175 feet each (nice pool decks) wide beaches, exercise room. Fitness center located on the 2nd level, located above the lobby, covered parking and covered walkover.

It boasts 636 feet of Gulf foot frontage, two outdoor lagoon pools at 4200 square feet each, one indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, tiki pool side bars, a 4300 square foot fitness center with a health bar, steam room, sauna, a sky view lounge, on-site movie center, game room, seven elevators, covered walkways from parking deck to unit.

The building is located one mile from Pier Park and the fishing pier. Just a short drive to Frank Brown Field for baseball games or Shipwreck Island Water Park. There is a grocery store within 10 minutes walk west of the resort.

Pelican Beach Resort has more amenities than any other high-rise in Destin. It is a first class resort.
